Your responsibilities
- An understanding of the scope and importance of compliance, financial crimes and sanctions in a fiduciary business
- Working knowledge of MS Windows environment. Prior experience of screening and suspicious activity is favourable.
- Compile and maintain all legislative and regulatory returns, registrations, approvals and filings required Intertrust entities and ensure that these are effected in a timely fashion
- Ensure consistent standards of corporate governance across all Intertrust service lines and jurisdictions
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively priorities work and good organizational skills
- Communicate openly and honestly with the business on a regular basis
- Know your own limitations and ask for advice and assistance as appropriate
- Act with integrity at all times
- Provide assistance to Intertrust employees in relation for Intertrust entities
- Take care of and establish good relationships with all team and internal client
- Ensure that an up to date list of reserved company names with the JFSC is maintained and supplied in accordance with current policy
- Ensure that company seals and registers for Intertrust entities are correctly used, stored and maintained

- Experience working within a compliance function is preferred but not essential
- Be flexible, self-motivated and able to work in a busy and varied role
