Job Overview
Responsible for operating the Call Center equipment and providing prompt and responsive communication between the Healthcare System and their customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and no previous experience. Work requires communication skills needed to frequently answer telephone calls and work with multiple interruptions and still sustain positive communication.
