The Loyalty Campaign Manager role supports the development, execution, and evaluation of loyalty promotions and related activities by providing analytical insights, reporting and actionable intelligence to help guide the decision making process.
Promotional development: Leads the ideation and development process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholder resources, modeling financial impacts, and developing campaign KPI’s.

Promotional execution: Drives execution phase by presenting key reporting metrics, offering performance insights, and identifying opportunity gaps to program success.
Campaign post-mortem: Delivers evaluation of campaigns by providing key post-mortem insights, actionable learnings, and general performance reporting, partnering with internal and external partners to gather data.
This role can be located in any North American Business Unit
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports North American loyalty campaigns throughout the program life cycle – concept, execution, post-mortem;
- Develops and coordinates standard reporting/analytics deliverables for campaign initiatives; Prepares materials, documents and data related to various marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Supports the development of promotions by participating in the ideation phase; provides ad-hoc support relevant to defining promotional objectives (traffic, sales, GP)
- Pro-actively engages internal and external stakeholders to assist in the negotiation, planning, preparation and execution of loyalty promotions and related activities
- Collaborates closely with global teams and local/regional support departments including Marketing & Merchandising teams, Loyalty/Digital/Personalization teams, Category Management teams, Global Analytics, Procurement, etc.
- Develops internal and external presentations as needed for business reviews; Creates storylines and overlays strategic messages into professional presentations
- Works closely with BU resources to coordinate all activities and ensure effective implementation with high success rates; Facilitates optimal collaboration and communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and within the various networks of the specific campaign
- Shares research and insights with local BU teams; Gathers feedback and input from BUs on needs, trends and localized consumer insights, where applicable
- Participates in global team meetings and other forums as needed
- Ad hoc problem solving and day to day tasks as needed to support the needs of campaign initiatives
- Flexible with working hours to support global ways of working
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required, MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years marketing or business experience.
- Intermediate BI knowledge; ability to both apply and interpret data practically for use in real-world scenarios
- Advanced skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & related Microsoft suite products
- Must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple activities, and retain strong detail orientation.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above.
- Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.
- Must be able to maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
