Position Highlights: We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Marketing Specialist to join our Home Office team in Irvine, CA. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our premium lifestyle brand positioning and initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be a high performer with the ability to multitask effectively, work collaboratively with various departments and 15 division teams nationwide. The Marketing Specialist should be digitally savvy, demonstrate expertise in project planning, virtual webinar coordination, event planning, manage invoice intake and budget tracking and prepare expense reports. Furthermore, experience in coordinating national marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, meeting timelines and monitoring performance will be crucial for success in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the internal communication strategy, track email results, and provide recommendations to improve engagement results.
  • Oversee the content and upkeep of the investor website, ensuring it is up to date, on brand, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the finance and legal teams to prepare investor-related materials. Coordinates with consultants on public relations.
  • Ability to host, prepare materials with key stakeholders and present on large virtual webinars.
  • Act as primary point of contact for marketing research initiatives, ability to use tools such a SurveyMonkey, and help analyze results and provide actionable recommendations
  • Oversee new marketing vendor set up, invoice intake and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors and track budgets for marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools to create project plans and timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns and monitoring performance.
  • With leadership, develop best practice documentation for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Execute video and photography content editing, as needed, for marketing materials, ensuring brand alignment and timely delivery.
  • Support the Marketing Operations team in executing marketing strategies and initiatives nationwide.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of previous Marketing experience or related industry experience is required. Previous new Homebuilding experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills.
  • Proficient in Asana, or similar project management platforms, as well as Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be proactive with the ability to multi-task and follow through with projects containing a high level of detail.
  • Understanding of advertising law and ability to apply to the homebuilding industry.
  • Strong digital proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Ability to shift between strategic initiatives and tactical responsibilities.
  • Should be a team player, willing to help others, takes ownership and initiative, and has a positive attitude.
  • Skilled in video and photography coordination and editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage invoice intake and approval processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $66,500-$80,400 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
    • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
