Wanted! Professional VIP Host with experience in the high-end nightlife scene. The position is primarily a revenue generating role with a focus on facilitating relationships with elite clientele across multiple sectors including Arts, Television, and Film productions; Hotel and Convention Concierge Programs; Sports and Entertainment Venue Managers; High-End Bottle Service and VIP Services; Wedding and Event Planners, as well as a multitude of other avenues. This is an opportunity to grow your individual brand, working alongside an existing venue, as well as a new venue about to have a Grand Opening. This is a highly sought-after position as our venues have relationships with major influential groups including the largest Dance Music Artists and Promoters in LA, various Movie Studios, and Special Events. The position also offers a tremendous opportunity to grow with the organization in our Private Events sector. The Position will report to the Director of Operations, General Manager, and VIP Coordinator. Must be driven to seek and grow business levels beyond what is created by the venue. There are also opportunities to grow with the expanding business in a hospitality role, dealing with celebrities and touring musicians. Below is a list of what the position will primarily entail with regards to day-to-day and weekend operations in both Administrative and Night Club VIP Door responsibilities.

GENEROUS COMMISION Scale as well as high hourly pay.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


  • Sell VIP table reservations to a wide spectrum of clientele

    Maximize revenue through maintaining A-List contacts

  • Build and nurture a vast network of contacts throughout the industry

  • Develop an outreach program to create business opportunities

  • Present during Nightclub Hours at the door

  • Gracious, welcoming, friendly and hospitable attitude

  • Utilizing organizational skills to maintain reservations, pre-purchases, deposits, and settlements

  • Cooperation with the Venue’s data collection, marketing, and social media presence

  • A professional appearance and attitude, both with guests and staff

  • Responsible for communicating reservations with VIP Coordinator

  • Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff

  • Inform management of any complaint, comments or incident

  • Comply with cross promotion of all venues and when needed

  • Dressed to impress as per company handbook

  • Compilation and maintenance of data reports including nightly reports

  • Attend periodic meetings of management staff as assigned

  • Related duties as assigned


EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:


  • Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, POS systems

  • Proficient with Google Suite and URVenue

  • 21+ years of age

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 5+ years in the nightlife industry

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
