Coordinator, Studio & Marketing Partnerships

Job Summary: The Studio & Marketing Partnerships Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the General Management business unit with a focus on Studio and International Partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Studio & Marketing Partnerships:
    • Lead on asset submissions, tracking and sharing feedback / approvals between Original X Productions and studio partners
    • Assist with tracking communication between internal teams, international partners and studio partners
    • Support the process of collection and consolidation of feedback from various Original X Productions stakeholders and external partners / studios
    • Assist in proper tracking of daily ticket sales and retail numbers to be reported to project partners
    • Manage development and tracking of workback schedule between internal teams and studio partners
    • Support in fine-tuning communications process with internal teams and with studio partners
    • Update and maintain key project documents including planning materials and post-event recaps


  • Business and Operations:
    • Provide overall organizational support with daily and ongoing tasks including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, meeting prep and follow up, asset management, and travel coordination
    • Assist in creating and circulating agendas for all meetings, internal and external, and circulate notes within a timely fashion
    • Support with internal and external presentation building and maintenance
    • Organize and maintain team digital filing system (Dropbox, Google Drive)
    • Assist with accounting management, including check and invoice requests, and expense tracking
    • Co-manage department intern, from initial hiring to prioritization of day-to-day responsibilities
    • Research on international Location-Based Experience landscape, markets, and industry players


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience preferred
  • 1 - 2 years working in an assistant or coordinator capacity preferred
  • Previous experience working in events a plus
  • Experience with Mac OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Apps, presentations and spreadsheets a +
  • Impeccable organization and appreciation for process
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle diverse workload
  • Positive attitude and excited to learn and grow in a small company
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills. Personable and trustworthy
