West Coast Wound and Skin Care is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Scheduler/Customer Service Representative for our Intake/Scheduling Dept.

The Scheduler/Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing a professional, cheerful, and supportive “first contact” for patients, providers and any other customers via phone or email. They are also responsible for performing case management services and tasks and maintaining patient/provider schedules all with a cheerful and professional attitude.

Essential Job Functions

  • Respond to all calls, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Handle in-coming calls from patients, providers, families, caregivers and/or facilities.
  • Follow up with any patients from the prior day to confirm scheduled visits.
  • Informs the Intake Supervisor of any scheduling conflicts or difficulties.
  • Daily use of multiple software’s such as Wound Expert, Appointment Plus, iSolved, spreadsheets etc.
  • Manage inbox for daily in-coming referrals to submit to Nexus.
  • Meet weekly with Intake Supervisor for updates and feedback.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of general case management and scheduling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent use of standard computer software programs
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
