POSITION OVERVIEW
To provide sales force, customer, and flooring installer with the required visual layouts and estimation documents for installing and ordering commercial and hospitality projects. Position is located at Milliken Maple Complex in LaGrange, GA. The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hybrid work schedule option is home based on Monday and Friday and office based Tuesday through Thursday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Carpet Installation Map (Seaming Diagram) – A detailed color-coded floor plan representing each unique carpet SKU install location and required carpet seam.
2D Patterned Floor Plan – A visual representation of all carpets Installed in the customer’s space.
Bill of Materials – A total Listing and design thumbnail representation of all custom carpet SKU’s with ordering quantities
Estimate / Quote – Custom carpet quote with all accurate and final ordering information.
Rug Sizing Design List - A complete list of all custom rug sizes required for the project with dimensions
White Box Rendering using Revit and Enscape
Edited Photos using Photoshop
Presentation Documents
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
Read and understand blue prints in both digital and hard copy format.
Proficient in AutoCAD and perform basic drawing functions
Use of PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign programs.
Familiarity with estimating software for creating bill of materials
Knowledge of design repeats and pattern match requirements for proper installation of patterned materials
Strong Math Skills
Basic computer skills
QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED
Some work experience preparing and creating carpet estimates and installation maps
General knowledge of flooring industry and terminology – broadloom, tile, and LVT
Knowledge of LVT/Hard surface
Revit and 3DS Max experience or training
Adobe Suites experience or training
Enscape
