Job Description

The position is at a tech company. We're looking for a motivated and vivacious Talent Partner to join our expanding team. The ideal applicant will comprehend business fundamentals well. We can lay a strong talent foundation with the aid of your experience in recruiting, sourcing, and talent operations. Responsibilities

  • Give the hiring team and candidates a first-rate experience.
  • Interview scheduling, candidate screening, and logistics planning are all included.
  • Work together with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and provide assistance in locating the greatest match.
  • To enhance the candidate pipeline, be aware of the distinction between competences and personas.
  • To help with pre-boarding new hires, work with People Operations.
  • Create and keep talent pools to connect with potential candidates.
  • Attend a variety of recruitment-related activities, such as career fairs and meetings of professional associations.
  • Gather data on compensation and benefits that is competitive for internal use.
  • Manage job posts and improve "top of funnel" by working with recruiters and marketing.
  • Metrics for pipeline conversion and sourcing are tracked and reported.
  • Assist in locating applicants by using a variety of resources, such as our internal ATS database, professional associations, colleges and institutions, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Keep abreast on market trends, best practices, and emerging sourcing innovations.

Qualifications

  • High-volume, professional experience filling non-exempt positions
  • A burning desire to advance your career in talent acquisition
  • Examples of times you were able to manage numerous activities and projects while setting priorities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of recruiting measures, including how they affect outcomes and success
  • Strong attention to detail and direction-following skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs at a high level is required.
  • Knowledge of Paycor, Greenhouse, or another applicant tracking system of a similar nature
