We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to join our growing team. With a workforce of up to 250 employees, including remote workers, hybrid teams, in-person staff, contractors, and international employees, we are dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers worldwide. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Design and deliver effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, performance-based incentives, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, promotes employee engagement, and supports work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Build and maintain a Reputation Management plan.
  • Collaborate with the HR team at iSupport, our Philippines headquarters.
  • Coaches, counsels, and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.
  • Handle progressive discipline up to and including terminations.
  • Handles employee relations counseling and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team and provide support for payroll processing.
  • Oversee and ensure workplace safety programs (OSHA, COVID, etc)
  • Lead internal culture committee and facilitate meaningful employee engagement.
  • Keep employee policies and employee handbook up to date.
  • Manage claims and maintain all appropriate paperwork and other necessary documents for workers’ compensation, unemployment, FMLA, paid paternity/maternity leave, etc.
  • Assist legal counsel as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse workforce, including remote, hybrid, and international teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative HR strategies and driving positive change.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in ADP and other HR-related software applications.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to Seattle and Indianapolis as needed.


Compensation:

  • $80,000 to $120,000 base salary (Final base salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, and internal team equity)

This is a hybrid role, successful applicants will be required to live within commuting distance of our Seattle office or plan to relocate without assistance.
